The institute is promoting the culture of Research and Consultancy as it supports the curriculum and course delivery in an effective way. The institute is in process of establishing meaningful ties with industry and corporate sector for the implementation of the advanced industry associate-ship scheme. Various companies and public sector undertakings are also being approached for creating joint funds for research and development.
KITE Center for Informatics and Software Development
It is an innovative initiative, which is being pursued as an in-house venture for the software development. It would provide excellent hands-on opportunity for the students as well as create the corporate environment for the industrial training.
Career Development Facility
The career development cell has been developed for the 10+2 students as well as for Engineering students.
The cell is looked after by the experienced faculty members and professionals from all streams of life with sound knowledge about the various career options available in the education and corporate world to make them achievers.
For this purpose Career Guidance booklets have been already published in both English & Hindi.
Counseling & Seminars
We conduct individual and group counseling and seminars to develop communication skill, competence and confidence in our students so that they can face the global challenges.
Each faculty member is entrusted with a batch of 20 students. He acts as a friend, philosopher, and a guide for his students so that they come up with their doubts.
The counselor also maintains the communication with the guardians to make them aware about the overall performance of the student.
Special Assistance for English Language & Personality Development
It has been observed that skills in spoken and written English are a prerequisite to technical & Management education and placement. KITE specially caters to this need by special programme on communication skills in which a two months course shall run for comprehending and speaking aspects. Similarly a Certificate will be offered for the soft skills and personality development. As a result even before the candidate is ready for placement, he is equipped with all the skills for a suitable adroit.
Educational Excursions
Besides imparting theoretical knowledge, the institute endeavors to impart the practical knowledge of functioning of various organizations. In the same connection 10 days Survey camp has been organized for the Civil Engineering students at Mount Abu, educational tour at Doordarshan Kendra, Jaipur for ECE students, educational tour to BITS, Pilani for CSE students etc.

Institution has Institutional Membership of INDIAN SOCIETY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION (ISTE), a national organization well recognized by state and central government. It plays a vital role in planning and improvement of technical education. Every student of the college is a member of ISTE.

SHARP Class introduces new era of education from Chalk – Duster classroom to technology enabled Digital Classroom having innovative 2D and 3D audio-visual animations and simulations which makes even difficult concepts easy to understand. It also includes activities, tests and examples and allows teachers to create and customize content. Entire content is being developed under supervision of experienced academicians from BITS-Pilani and IIT’s.
